Our original fluorescence lifetime measurement device and fluorescence spectrum measurement device adopt TCSPC: Time Correlated Single Photon Counting, allowing for fluorescence lifetime measurements from nanoseconds to microseconds. By combining high-sensitivity CCD detectors for spectroscopy and high-performance spectrometers, we can accommodate PL spectrum measurements and PLE measurements. Additionally, we can also support integration with Raman measurements and other techniques, broadening the scope of evaluation. We can also accommodate the reuse of existing devices and gradual system expansions. From individual components to full systems, we offer a wide range of optimal solutions.

[Analysis Case] Emission Analysis of Perovskite Solar Cells

It is possible to evaluate the luminescent properties and degradation analysis of perovskite solar cells non-destructively.

Perovskite solar cells are expected to be the next generation of solar cells due to their lightweight and flexible characteristics. They contain organic structures, halogens, and metals, and the variations in their composition and crystallinity lead to changes in their properties, which is considered one of the challenges in the research and development of perovskite solar cells. In this study, we evaluated the differences in photoluminescence (PL) spectra and luminescence lifetimes between the normal and abnormal areas of perovskite solar cells subjected to high-temperature and high-humidity testing using PL measurement and fluorescence lifetime measurement devices.

Weak light image detection and spectral measurement achieved with a single device!

It is equipped with two ultra-high-resolution CCD cameras, allowing for automatic measurement. It can sensitively capture light emitted due to oxidation of substances, reagent reactions, thermal decomposition light, and light irradiation, enabling the identification of specific areas. The spectrum can be measured instantly with high resolution (0.1nm) using a bright spectrometer (diffraction grating).
